One snippet per product gives you anonymous usage analytics, in-product feedback, and executive dashboards across your whole portfolio — apps and AI agent pilots alike. AI clusters what users say into evidence-backed backlog items; your product owners accept or reject, and accepted work ships straight to Jira or Azure DevOps.

Everything in one place
Morvero turns anonymous usage signals and in-context feedback into decisions: what to fund, what to fix, and exactly what to build next.
Paste a single script tag into any product's footer — pageviews, SPA route changes, and feedback start flowing in seconds, and a live setup checklist watches for your first pageview. Native apps: drop in a single Swift or Kotlin file, no package registry.
A floating, non-blocking launcher plus smart random sampling — page ratings or NPS 0–10. Users can attach a screenshot and (scrubbed) form values. Your brand color, five languages — or feedback switched off entirely, leaving only the usage numbers.
Most and least used pages and functions in every product. Tag any button with data-feedback-action and watch feature adoption live — your dead-feature list writes itself. Known crawlers and link unfurlers are dropped at collection, so a visitor count means people.
Define two to five ordered page paths and see how many visitors reach each step, with step-to-step and overall conversion. It runs on pageviews already collected — define a funnel today and it answers for the last 30 days.
AI clusters feedback into categories and drafts backlog items with user stories, testable acceptance criteria, and citations to the real comments behind them. It proposes — your product owners dispose. Works with Anthropic or OpenAI keys.
Statuses, assignees, and tags on every feedback item, with triage-health analytics. Accepting a backlog suggestion marks its cited feedback actioned and — with Jira or Azure DevOps connected — opens the ticket, acceptance criteria and evidence attached.
Instrument an agent server-side and each pilot gets a scorecard: task success rate, escalation rate, cost per conversation, cost per completed task. A printable report puts every pilot side by side, sorted by cost per success.
Add Morvero as a connector in Claude or Cursor and authorize with your own login. The agent creates the product, fetches the real snippet, instruments the code — then verify_install confirms events are arriving before it calls the job done.
Three detectors run continuously — a day's usage under half its 28-day norm, a 7-day rating average 0.7 stars below the prior month, a feedback spike — and email the people accountable. Silence gets its own wording: usually a deploy dropped the snippet.
A usage × sentiment quadrant (Fund / Fix / Niche / Retire?), movers vs. the previous period, custom date ranges, and a print-ready board report that opens with a plain-language executive summary — computed from the numbers, no AI.
Passwordless sign-in with passkeys and verified email links. SAML SSO with Zoom-style domain discovery, and SSO you can enforce so an IdP deprovision really revokes access. Owner, admin, member and free viewer roles, teams, a full audit trail, and an access review that names the grant behind every permission.
Visitors stay anonymous — the widget sets no cookies, does no fingerprinting, and never stores IP addresses; it keeps only a random local id. Email addresses, phone numbers, IBANs and card numbers are stripped from free text before it is written. Retention windows, visitor export and erasure, DNT/GPC respected, and any cohort under five visitors withheld entirely.
Tag a published link with ?src= or standard utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_source and utm_medium, and the tags ride the whole visit — every pageview and every tracked action is attributed to the campaign that brought the visitor, broken out by channel and medium, so the same campaign on LinkedIn and in a newsletter stays separable. Never the query string itself.
Bottom-right is crowded on real products. Visitors can drag the launcher anywhere — or move it with arrow keys — and the spot is remembered per browser across resizes and rotations. Product teams pick a circle, a labelled pill or an edge tab, eight icons, and whether it nudges for attention.
Per-product switches are right for one team and wrong for fifty. A privacy operator can lock screenshot and form-entry capture off across the whole workspace — product owners and AI agents acting over MCP are both refused, already-cached widgets are dropped at collection, and unlocking restores each owner's original choice.
AI pilots
Enterprises are running more agent pilots than anyone can name, and almost none of them roll up into a number a steering committee can act on.
Three server-side calls: conversation started, capability called with its cost in USD, task completed, failed or escalated. Thumbs and CSAT ride the same API as the widget.
The number that settles the argument. Every pilot gets task success rate, escalation rate, cost per conversation and cost per completed task on one scorecard.
A printable report puts every pilot side by side, sorted by cost per success, with period deltas and a signal chip — Scale candidate, Iterate, Kill-or-rethink, Insufficient evidence. Published thresholds, and reading aids rather than verdicts.
Beyond the console
The dashboard is where insight starts — not where it stays.
Public, read-only dashboard and report views for stakeholders — optional password, expiry, and instant revocation.
Weekly or monthly, scoped to each recipient's role: usage movers, products that went quiet, AI-pilot spend and cost per completed task, ratings and sample voices.
Signed JSON events or ready-made Slack messages the moment feedback lands or statuses change.
Bearer-token API for BI tools — aggregates and comments, never attachments or keys.
MCP connector
Add morvero.com/mcp as a connector in Claude or Cursor, authorize in the browser with your own Morvero login, and the agent gets nine workspace-scoped tools.
The agent finds or creates the product, pulls the real install snippet, tags the buttons worth counting, and reads back the analytics it just started collecting.
Reading data is the easy half. Its verify_install tool confirms events are actually arriving — working, silent, or never received, with the likely blocker named — before the agent declares the job finished.
OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, tokens stored hashed. The agent can never exceed the permissions you already have, and every user sees and revokes their own connected apps in Settings.
Up and running in minutes
Three steps between you and portfolio-wide product intelligence — a built-in setup checklist walks you through them and flips live when your first pageview arrives.
Sign up (verified, passwordless), add your first product, choose a sampling rate — Morvero hands you a snippet.
<script async src="…/widget.js" data-feedback-key="fbk_…"></script>
Drop it into the product's footer or layout template. Users see a friendly feedback bubble in your brand color; you see pageviews and function usage immediately.
Dashboards rank every product, page, and function by usage and sentiment — and the AI copilot turns the feedback into an evidence-backed backlog your POs curate.
Trust & security
Someone has to approve putting a third-party script across an application portfolio. This is what Morvero actually does — control by control, with the gaps stated just as plainly.
async, and is held to a gzipped size budget enforced as a build failure.Morvero is not yet SOC 2 attested and not ISO 27001 certified. Our Trust Center says so on the page itself, next to every other gap — a vendor who claims everything is the one worth worrying about.

Every plan includes the widget, unlimited feedback, page & function analytics, triage, and the full dashboard.

Feature gates are enforced in-product — what you see here is exactly what the plans unlock.
From the blog
Thirteen essays and guides on measuring internal software, scoring AI pilots, and letting user feedback write the backlog.
Pilots die at budget review because nobody can prove they were used. Adoption evidence — not demos — survives the CFO meeting.
Per-seat pricing, identified tracking, per-app rollouts — three assumptions that break when the portfolio is internal.
Your company runs 300 internal apps and can name the usage of three. The most expensive software you never measure.
Per-user pricing bills you for successful rollouts — so teams instrument three apps and fly blind on the rest.
The four metrics that matter, portfolio-friendly instrumentation, and realistic benchmarks for what good looks like.
Anonymous by design clears legal in weeks instead of quarters — same dashboards, none of the surveillance.
The full pipeline from an in-context rating to an evidence-cited, ready-to-groom ticket — with a human gate in the middle.
Employees churn from bad tools constantly — invisibly, into Excel, email, and shadow IT. You can't see it without measuring.
What agents do when feedback, backlog, and analytics are queryable — including installing the widget and verifying it works.
Usage floors, rating floors, and trend triggers that make retirement the default outcome instead of a political fight.
Why B2C norms mislead internal teams, realistic score ranges, and the sampled in-product measurement that beats annual surveys.
data-feedback-action on a button gives you feature adoption with zero JavaScript. The five-minute developer guide.
GA measures how strangers arrive. Internal tools have no strangers — and consent, security review, and blocked scripts finish the argument.
Playbooks
Four step-by-step operating guides — from the 30-day portfolio audit to the privacy pack your lawyers will actually approve.

The metrics that matter, go/scale/kill gates agreed before the data exists, four-event instrumentation, and a board-ready report.
DPIA-ready data flows, the works-council FAQ, the consent and scrubbing architecture — written to be forwarded to counsel.
Triage cadence and ownership, standards for AI-drafted items, Jira/Azure DevOps setup, and the metrics that prove the loop closes.
